Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Takeo Okamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrei Alexeyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Takeo Okamoto has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Takeo Okamoto seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Okamoto clinches up against the cage.
Alexeyev is trying to push Okamoto away but Okamoto has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Okamoto with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Okamoto tries a knee to the head but Alexeyev blocks it.
Alexeyev wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Okamoto has him pressed against the cage.

Okamoto tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Alexeyev manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Alexeyev is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Okamoto.
Okamoto tries to close the distance and clinch but Alexeyev swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Alexeyev throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Okamoto stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Alexeyev lands a nice shot that snaps Okamoto's head back.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Alexeyev cracks Okamoto with an open hand slap.
Alexeyev has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off.
Okamoto seems to be squinting his left eye. Perhaps he got a poke in that previous exchange. Alexeyev shows no mercy and swarms him with a barage of strikes! Okamoto is backing up but Alexeyev catches him with a final right hook that drops him! Okamoto covers up and the referee steps in to end the fight! Alexeyev Jumps to his feet and flashes his guns to the crowd. Oh yeah, baby! How'd you like them apples?!

Our winner, Andrei Alexeyev, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
