Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kool Keith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sylwester Karwowski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Karwowski is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Metallica - Enter Sandman. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Keith uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Karwowski.
Karwowski thuds his right hand into Keith's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Karwowski goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

It looks like Kool Keith has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Karwowski throws an overhand right that lands on Keith's shoulder, as Keith tries to avoid the shot.
Karwowski throws a right and a left that both miss.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Nice body punch from Keith - that landed with a thud.

Keith lands a body shot in the clinch.

Keith is trying to trip Karwowski. He has hold of a leg but Karwowski is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Keith persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Keith in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Karwowski wants to sweep but no luck.

Keith has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Keith lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Karwowski hang on?
Karwowski felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Keith lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
