The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Chronic fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Osborn, pushing him back against the cage.

Chronic breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Chronic connects with a leg kick. Osborn looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Osborn could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Chronic darts in and clinches Osborn up against the cage.

Osborn misses with a few strikes there.

Osborn bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
Chronic tries to escape but Osborn is in control.
Chronic keeping his opponent close.
Osborn throws a strike aimed at the side of Chronic's head but Chronic avoids it well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Chronic is working hard to escape and get back to his feet. After a battle for position, Osborn asserts his dominance and retains side control.
Chronic gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Osborn throws a big elbow that misses, also allowing Chronic to regain full guard.

Osborn gets to his feet. Chronic looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Osborn throws a push kick but Chronic slaps the foot to one side.
A left and a right from Chronic both land. Nice combination.

Chronic drives through and clinches with Osborn against the cage.

Royal Osborn's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Mo Chronic seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.
