Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Pepe Lepew!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Marcelo Silva!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Seu Braga and Emerson Jorge.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lepew rushes Silva and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Silva tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Lepew smiles and moves away.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Silva has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Lepew connects with a body shot that sends Silva's belly button to the back.
Lepew doesn't manage to clinch there - Silva circles away.
Lepew uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Silva.
Silva walks into a left hand.
A jab from Lepew does it's job there.
Silva throws the left hand but Lepew avoids the punch easily.

Silva drives through and clinches with Lepew against the cage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Silva fails to pull guard.
Silva tries to pull guard but Lepew forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Pepe Lepew has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcelo Silva.
A short uppercut from Lepew.
Lepew lands a shoulder strike.

Silva is rocked!
Lepew is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Silva is still on wobbly legs! Can Lepew finish him?
Silva's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Lepew dips a shoulder and cracks Silva with a mighty uppercut! Silva falls back against the cage and Lepew unloads with a barrage of strikes! Silva is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Lepew screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pepe Lepew!
Pepe Lepew really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Mango Nutrition logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
Marcelo Silva was interviewed post fight and said 'White is a has been. My time is now!!'.
