Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ushman Haszan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maua Wauna (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ushman Haszan had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wauna connects with the punch.
Wauna rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Haszan moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Haszan drives through with a takedown into guard.

Wauna is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Haszan's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Haszan's back!
Haszan looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

Wauna drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Haszan manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Wauna has Haszan in his guard.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Ushman Haszan will probably get the nod.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Haszan's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Haszan duly obliges.

It looks like Maua Wauna has been cut.

Wauna gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Haszan to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Haszan sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wauna's guard.
Haszan wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wauna keeps working.
Haszan is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Wauna is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Haszan lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Haszan is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Wauna can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

We've been informed that Wauna has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Wauna takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Wauna is still in real trouble! Can Haszan finish him?
Haszan prevents Wauna from getting the reversal.
Haszan lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
Haszan postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Wauna in real trouble here! The ref calls for Wauna to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
