The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boubeez throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bean counters with a straight right hand.
Boubeez throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Boubeez avoids the body shot from Bean.
Boubeez throws a left that rocks Bean and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Boubeez dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Bean regain composure!

It looks like Butter Bean has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Bean is trying to escape the position but Boubeez is controlling the position.

Bean seems to have recovered his senses.
Bean prevents Boubeez from moving into mount.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Iliek Boubeez.

Boubeez shoots in but Bean avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Boubeez swings wildly with an uppercut but Bean uses good head movement to avoid it.

Boubeez goes for a takedown in the clinch but Bean prevents it.
Boubeez escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Butter Bean is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Boubeez throws a head punch that misses.
Bean has a couple of punches blocked by Boubeez.
Nice body punch from Bean.
Boubeez is breathing heavily.
Bean throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Boubeezs head.
Boubeez goes for a takedown attempt but Bean pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Bean feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Boubeez sprawling to the canvas! Boubeez rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Bean finish him?!

Bean lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Boubeez - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Bean!
