The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Al throws a body punch but Lykourgos moves out of range.
Al's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lykourgos under the eye.
It looks like Hermes Lykourgos has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Al misses the target.

and Lykourgos cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Al is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Chocolate Al seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Al is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Chocolate Al will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Hermes Lykourgos's cut.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Al takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Some wild striking there from Lykourgos.
Lykourgos throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Al stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Al scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Lykourgos lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Al moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Al misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hermes Lykourgos is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Lykourgos lands a big uppercut and Al crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Al looks OK. Lykourgos waves Al back to his feet!
Al is rocked!
It looks like Chocolate Al has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Al rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Lykourgos counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

After winning the bout, Hermes Lykourgos thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
