The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Laukkanen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Zol throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Laukkanen.
Laukkanen avoids a punch combination nicely.
Zol throws a right hand that Laukkanen ducks under and follows up with a left that Laukkanen also avoids with ease.

Oh Zol is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

and Laukkanen finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Laukkanen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Zol seems to have got his legs back now.
Jay Zol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Laukkanen counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Zol is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Zol will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
