The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Flying Fox throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Alejandro tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Flying Fox is in Alejandro's guard.

Flying Fox stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Alejandro swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Flying Fox is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Alejandro manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Flying Fox manages to get himself to full guard.

Flying Fox wants to control the pace but Alejandro is squirming around nicely.

Flying Fox is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Alejandro is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Alejandro flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Flying Fox anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Alejandro and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Flying Fox slips an arm under Alejandro chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Flying Fox has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Flying Fox is squeezing on Alejandro like an anaconda would it's prey. Alejandro fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
