Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Oreily (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Viper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anton Viper will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oreily walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Viper throws a jab when Oreily was well out of range.
Viper throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Oreily.
Viper fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Oreily manages to avoid it.
Viper throws a lazy right hand but Oreily sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Viper misses with a jab, cross combination.
Nice takedown defense from Viper. No joy for Oreily on that attempt.
Nice sprawl there from Viper as Oreily shoots in.
Viper stuffs the takedown attempt from Oreily. Oreily gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ryan Oreily. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Oreily shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Oreily was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Viper slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
Oreily is looking to advance position but Viper won't allow it.

Viper tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Viper is refusing to be controlled, as Oreily sits in half guard.
Oreily trying to pass the guard but Viper defending well.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Well, if Oreily is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Viper is not content to let Oreily control the position.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Viper misses with a body shot.

Oreily closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Oreily lands in his opponent's guard.

Viper manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Oreily manages to get himself to full guard.
Viper wants to control from the top but Oreily keeps moving.

Viper tries to free his leg and advance position but Oreily is retaining full guard.
Viper looking to sit in guard and control but Oreily gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Viper is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Oreily looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Oreily tries to roll over but Viper keeps him under control.
Viper is keen to just control but Oreily is a slippery customer.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Viper looks to land a strike but Oreily avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Viper gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Oreily shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Viper but Viper pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Nice defenses there by Oreily.
Oreily shoots in but Viper avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Oreily slips a jab and a cross from Viper.
Oreily tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Viper swivels and escapes.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Viper scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Viper lands with a big left! Oreily is wobbled badly! Viper comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Oreily to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.
