The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Senecal closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Chace wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Senecal has him pressed against the cage.
Chace is looking to break free of the clinch but Senecal has double underhooks.
Senecal prevents Chace from breaking the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Senecal fails to land.

Senecal has Chace pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Senecal pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Chace tumbling to the mat - Senecal dives into Chace's guard.

Senecal throws a strike but Chace rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Senecal kicks Chace off and gets to his feet.
Chace throws a right hand that Senecal ducks under and follows up with a left that Senecal also avoids with ease.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Senecal looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Chace is fending him off so far but Senecal persists. Nope, Chace circles away and we're back to standing.
Chace cracks Senecal with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

It looks like Alex Senecal has been cut.
Johnny Chace is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chace thuds a left hand into Senecal's body.
Senecal is breathing heavily.
Senecal gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Chace connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Senecal shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chace pinned against the cage. Chace gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Chace connects with a body shot.
Chace throws a nice outside leg kick.
Chace lands a hook that stumbles Senecal back into the cage. Chace follows up with a straight and another hook that land right on the button, dropping Senecal to the canvas! Chace pounces and lands several unanswered shots - Senecal has had enough and taps out! This one is all over!
