Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Grigory Gukepshev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Arnie McDougle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gukepshev's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Iron Man. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDougle lands a nice hook to Gukepshev's body. Gukepshev takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
McDougle throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Gukepshev is trying to break the clinch but McDougle has him pressed against the ropes.

McDougle is looking to control Gukepshev's arms but Gukepshev gets an underhook and turns him. Now McDougle has his back to the ropes.
Gukepshev misses with a punch to the body.
Gukepshev tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
McDougle blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
McDougle manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.

and McDougle counters with a low kick, right behind Gukepshev 's knee.

McDougle dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Gukepshev. That did some damage!
McDougle has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Gukepshev is breathing heavily.
McDougle lands an overhand right.
McDougle scores with a slapping inside leg kick.

It looks like Grigory Gukepshev has been cut.
McDougle doesn't manage to clinch there - Gukepshev circles away.
Gukepshev blocks a head kick by McDougle.

McDougle drops Gukepshev with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gukepshev looks back up at him and smiles so McDougle waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

McDougle fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gukepshev, pushing him back against the ropes.
Oh Gukepshev is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

McDougle throws a punch but it's blocked by Gukepshev.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Gukepshev.
Gukepshev lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of McDougle backwards.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Arnie McDougle dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Grigory Gukepshev's cut.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Gukepshev clobbers McDougle with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

It looks like Arnie McDougle has been cut.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from McDougle in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
McDougle bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Gukepshev swings for the body but McDougle moves out of range.
Gukepshev lands the left hand.
McDougle fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Gukepshev checks it well.
McDougle lands a nice hook to Gukepshev's body. Gukepshev takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

and McDougle connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Gukepshev throws a right and a left that both miss.
Arnie McDougle seems to be getting the better of the standup.
McDougle scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gukepshev doesn't seem bothered though.
Grigory Gukepshev is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Gukepshev fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Grigory Gukepshev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

McDougle feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Gukepshev sprawling to the canvas! Gukepshev rolls over backwards and springs off the ropes and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can McDougle finish him?!
McDougle throws a powerful right kick. Gukepshev tried to block low but the kick was high! Gukepshev was taken right off of his feet! McDougle jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
