Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Agustin Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Napoleon White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Agustin Ellis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Napoleon White!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Jonathan Paton.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from White misses.
A low kick from White misses
and Ellis counters with a stiff right hand.
White rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ellis moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
White tries to clinch up but Ellis circles away and keeps his distance.
Ellis closes the distance and clinches up with White, looking for a takedown. Ellis pushes White against the cage but White circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
White feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Ellis's calf.
No luck with that takedown attempt from White.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
A combination from White does no damage.
Ellis takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White connects with the punch.
Ellis on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Ellis blocks a head kick by White.
Ellis dodges the punch combination from White.
White throws a combination that misses

and Ellis counters by clinching up.

Ellis has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics White uses from the top position.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Ellis keeping full guard, as White tries to pass.
White forces his way into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
White is pressing down on Ellis's thigh, looking to free his foot. Ellis is holding on for now.
Ellis tries to roll over but White keeps him under control.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with White in particular looking to stall.
White frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
White controlling his opponent.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
White can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ellis is looking to escape.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Ellis tries to reverse the position but White maintains control.
Ellis is squirming around, avoiding White's attempts to control the action.
Ellis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Ellis tries to hold on but White postures up.
White controlling the pace for now.

White is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Ellis is forced to tap! Great finish!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Napoleon White!
An out of breath Napoleon White thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
