Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Louden Swain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Crack Hack (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swain kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Gambler. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Chris Saunders and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swain lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Hack circles away quickly and effectively.
Nice uppercut there from Swain.
Hack shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Swain eats them both and turns towards Hack to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
It looks like Louden Swain has been cut.
Swain takes a swing at Hack's ribcage but misses.
Swain misses with an uppercut. Hack saw that one coming.
Nice body kick there by Hack.
We've been hearing reports that Swain has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Swain shoots in looking for a takedown. Hack tries to sprawl out of it but Swain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hack manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hack has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Hack ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Swain moves away.

Hack doesn't manage to clinch there - Swain circles away.
Hack throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Swain counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Hack tries a head kick but it misses.
Hack pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hack throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Swain throws a shot from downtown. Hack moves away and avoids it.

Swain looks to throw the jab but Hack is out of range.

Swain looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hack is fending him off so far but Swain persists. Nope, Hack circles away and we're back to standing.

Swain throws a lazy right hand but Hack sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Swain fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Hack to the ground. Swain is now in Hack's guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Swain wants to control from the top but Hack keeps moving.

Swain has gone for a leg lock! Hack slips out almost immediately though and dives into Swain's guard.
Swain throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Hack escapes and throws Swain's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Hack creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Swain sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Swain sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Swain tries to get to full guard but Hack has control of the leg.

Swain wants to control but Hack is keeping busy.
Hack lands with a punch from half guard.
Swain won't allow Hack to pass to mount.
Hack wants to control but Swain is keeping him busy.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hack thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Swain's head.
Swain avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Hack.
Hack thows a huge punch but Swain dodges it nicely.

Hack is looking to work some ground and pound but Swain has wrist control.
Hack wants to control from the top but Swain keeps moving.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Hack wants to pass the guard but Swain is keeping the position.
Swain is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Crack Hack will probably get the nod.
The cut man is working on Louden Swain's cut.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Swain shoots in looking for a takedown but Hack manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Swain's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Swain misses with a hook. Hack ducked under it nicely.
Hack lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Hack wants to clinch up but Swain keeps it at a distance.
Swain fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Swain misses with a looping right.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Swain.
