The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Owinashi misses with a two punch combination.
Owinashi takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Owinashi dives in for a single leg takedown but Sar sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Owinashi has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
A chopping leg kick lands by Sar.
Owinashi looks to land a combination but Sar avoids it well.
A slow jab from Owinashi misses its intended target.
Sar throws a head kick but Owinashi moves out of range.
Owinashi avoids the head kick by Sar.
Owinashi takes a swing at Sar's ribcage but misses.
Sar connects with a solid leg kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sar uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Owinashi.
Owinashi takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Sar lands a nice looking kick to the body. Owinashi takes a step back to recover.
Sar lands a front kick.
Sar dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Owinashi. That did some damage!

Sar lands a big head kick that sends Owinashi tumbling to the mat! Sar takes a step backwards and waves Owinashi back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Robert Owinashi has been cut.

Look low, kick high! Sar uses the oldest trick in the book to send Owinashi tumbling to the canvas, in a truly brutal knockout! Sar is absolutely delighted - when Owinashi wakes up, I doubt he'll be quite so happy!
