Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Damien Demento (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Farrokh Bulsara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Damien Demento looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bulsara ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Bulsara changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Demento scores with a head kick. Bulsara tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Farrokh Bulsara has been cut.
Demento throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Bulsara connects with a crisp jab.
Bulsara turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Bulsara moves out of range of the leg kick from Demento.

Bulsara should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Demento shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Demento showed some decent athleticism there.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Demento seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.

Bulsara wants to control but Demento is keeping busy.
Demento wants to stand but Bulsara has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A close round but Farrokh Bulsara will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Demento looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Demento has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Bulsara uses from the top position.
