The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Medzakovic shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Chop but Chop pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Medzakovic looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Chop is fending him off so far but Medzakovic persists. Nope, Chop circles away and we're back to standing.
Chop slaps away a takedown attempt from Medzakovic, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Chop lands a big right hand that sends Medzakovic crashing to the mat! Chop stays standing though and waves Medzakovic back to his feet!
Ivan Medzakovic's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Medzakovic drops his hands momentarily. Chop doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Medzakovic staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Medzakovic doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Pork Chop!
