PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lyoto Machida (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walter White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Crystal Blue Persuasion. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Lyoto Machida!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Walter White!
The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
White tries to clinch there but Machida circles away.
White goes for a double leg but Machida avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Machida continues to drive forward.
White is trying to force a seperation but Machida has the dominant position.

Machida breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
White moves to clinch but Machida breaks away

and Machida counters with a crisp right hand that drops White! Machida lets White back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
White tries to clinch there but Machida circles away.

White changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Machida looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

That's one minute gone in the round.
White has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Machida on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Machida tries to get out of the position.

White is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! White extends the arm and Machida is forced to tap!
