Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sith Vicious (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and D Remy La Gam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vicious looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? La Gam is fending him off so far but Vicious persists. Nope, La Gam circles away and we're back to standing.
Vicious looks to throw a body kick
and La Gam counters with a lovely straight right hand!

It looks like Sith Vicious has been cut.
Vicious shoots in but La Gam avoids the takedown attempt easily.
La Gam throws a lazy uppercut

and Vicious counters by clinching up.
Vicious changes levels and goes for a takedown here. La Gam fights it off and pushes away nicely.
La Gam has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sith Vicious. That's going to take a lot out of him.
La Gam throws a jab but it's blocked by Vicious.
Vicious throws the left hand but La Gam avoids the punch easily.
La Gam throws an overhand right that lands on Vicious's shoulder, as Vicious tries to avoid the shot.
La Gam bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Vicious's head backwards.
La Gam throws a right hand that misses
and Vicious counters with a nice body kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Vicious will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
D Remy La Gam seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
La Gam lands a head shot.
Vicious ducks under a wild hook from La Gam.
La Gam dips to his left and cracks Vicious with an uppercut!

Vicious moves into the clinch.
Vicious misses with an elbow strike.
La Gam has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Vicious manages to break the clinch.
D Remy La Gam is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
La Gam misses the jab.
Vicious avoids the body shot from La Gam.

Vicious instigates a clinch.

Vicious breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
La Gam moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Vicious takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Sith Vicious's cut is getting worse.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Vicious takes one on the chin but seems OK.

Vicious misses with the combination.
La Gam lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Vicious circles away quickly and effectively.

La Gam lands a big right hand that sends Vicious crashing to the mat! La Gam stays standing though and waves Vicious back to his feet!

Vicious is rocked!

Sith Vicious's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
La Gam might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Vicious moves away from the strike by La Gam.
La Gam throws a hook but Vicious blocks it.

Vicious moves into the clinch.
La Gam is trying to push Vicious away but Vicious has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Vicious leaning his opponent against the cage.
Vicious is working for takedown but La Gam is calmly controlling the position for now.

Vicious breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Sloppy strikes from Vicious. Those never looked like landing.
La Gam throws a hook but Vicious avoids it easily.
Vicious throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around La Gam's waist but La Gam gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vicious off to one side.
La Gam fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Vicious displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as La Gam throws out the jab.
La Gam moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
La Gam cracks Vicious with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Jeez, Sith Vicious's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Vicious shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as La Gam sprawls well. La Gam wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Vicious gets slowly back to his feet.
Vicious is breathing heavily.
La Gam connects with a body shot that sends Vicious's belly button to the back.

La Gam misses with a right hand
and Vicious counters with a series of strikes. La Gam will be more careful next time no doubt.
La Gam lands with a straight right. Vicious didn't see that one coming.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Sith Vicious's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
