Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Denz Curry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jaius Garcius (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Garcius has chosen Here we are Juggernaut by Coheed and Cambria as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Sano and Yasuomi Hirokawa.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Curry fails to land with a series of punches.
Curry throws a low kick but Garcius moves out of range easily.
Curry throws a nice looking combination but Garcius bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Garcius is looking to clinch but Curry is avoiding it.
Nice uppercut lands for Curry. That snapped Garcius's head back.
Curry lands with a nice body punch.
Garcius tries to move into range but Curry moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

It looks like Jaius Garcius has been cut.
Curry cracks Garcius with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Garcius has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Garcius tries to clinch but Curry moves out of range.
Curry throws a body punch but Garcius moves out of range.

Garcius changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Curry looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Garcius decides to stand back up.
Curry slips a jab and a cross from Garcius.
Garcius tries to clinch but Curry is having none of it.

Garcius tries to close the distance and clinch but Curry swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Curry looks to score with a jab to the body but Garcius is just out of range.
The fight stays on the outside here - Garcius looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Curry swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Garcius thows a huge punch but Curry dodges it nicely.

Garcius decides to stand and escape the position.

Garcius closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Curry quickly recovers to half guard.
