Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brutus Beefcake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jouni Rytkonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Brutus Beefcake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jouni Rytkonen!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Tarja Halkonen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rytkonen throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

Beefcake has been working on his balance at LOD Gym Now with StandUP , so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Rytkonen.

Beefcake has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Rytkonen uses from the top position.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.

That was a close round but I would say that Brutus Beefcake will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Brutus Beefcake.
Well Beefcake has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
