The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cintron throws a series of strikes that have Salazar backpedaling.
Cintron is looking to clinch but Salazar is avoiding it.
Cintron lands a head kick that stumbles Salazar and the fighters go to the mat.
Salazar is rocked!
It looks like Boyce Salazar has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Cintron slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Oh Salazar is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Cintron is in close to Salazar's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Cintron arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Salazar's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

After the fight, Juan Cintron was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
