Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Milo Kolacic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pietari Manninen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Milo Kolacic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Pietari Manninen!
The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Johanna Lukiainen and Arvi Lind.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manninen fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Manninen lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

Kolacic feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Manninen should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Manninen gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Kolacic counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Kolacic.

Kolacic wants the takedown. Manninen is fighting it off but Kolacic persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Manninen's guard against the cage.
