Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Roy Osborn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wojciech Durlak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wojciech Durlak has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Roy Osborn!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Wojciech Durlak!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and .




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Durlak tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Osborn defends well and Durlak ends up having to push Osborn into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Durlak wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Osborn breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Osborn shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Durlak counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Osborn punching from the bottom.
Osborn really is a fat lump.
Durlak perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.

Durlak is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Osborn as he works his way to full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Durlak accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Durlak slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Durlak postures up in Osborn's guard and throws a big left but Osborn blocks it.
Durlak has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Durlak gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Durlak shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Osborn as he avoids it easily.
Osborn circles away from the clinch attempt.

Durlak clinches up with Osborn and pushes him back against the cage.

Durlak gets control of Osborn's arms and successfully pulls guard. Durlak will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
Osborn wants to control from the top but Durlak keeps moving.

Durlak has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Osborn is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
Osborn is trying to pull guard but Durlak has him pressed against the cage.
Durlak prevents a takedown attempt there.

Osborn prevents Durlak from breaking the clinch.
Osborn is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Durlak pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Osborn manages to break the clinch.

Durlak throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Osborn was covering up waiting for the punch and Durlak finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Durlak wants to control from the top but Osborn keeps moving.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Osborn is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Osborn is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Durlak is aware though and is defending well.
Durlak stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Osborn swivels though and keeps the full guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Durlak works over Osborn with some ground and pound from guard.
Durlak trying to control the position from guard on top but Osborn is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Osborn gets tackled into the cage by Durlak. Durlak maintains the clinch.
Durlak lands a shot to the body.
Durlak jumps guard but Osborn turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Osborn wants a takedown but no success here.
Osborn is looking to take this one to the mat.
Durlak prevents Osborn from breaking the clinch.
Durlak tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Osborn smiles and moves away.

and Durlak counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Osborn's guard now.

Durlak drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Osborn dives on top into guard.

Durlak is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Osborn is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Osborn has escaped and now he's on top!
Durlak is breathing heavily.
Durlak wants to get back to his feet but Osborn is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Durlak preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Roy Osborn just wasn't active enough.
Osborn tries for a takedown but Durlak sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Osborn looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Durlak is fending him off so far but Osborn persists. Nope, Durlak circles away and we're back to standing.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Some bone on bone action there as Osborn checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Durlak throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wojciech Durlak showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!


Durlak throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Osborn's head.
Durlak is looking to clinch.
Durlak looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Durlak fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Osborn sprawls well initially but Durlak persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Durlak seems to be working for a kimura but Osborn defends the submission attempt.
Durlak takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Durlak wants to pass to mount but Osborn is defending the position.
Osborn throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Durlak blocks the strikes from Osborn.
Osborn is trying to get back to full guard.

Osborn is staying active underneath Durlak, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Durlak is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Osborn!

Durlak looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Osborn working to try and regain half guard.
Durlak is landing with some decent strikes but Osborn is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

Wojciech Durlak comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Durlak has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
