Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Lavern Wyatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jared Dellinger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jared Dellinger will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dellinger shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Wyatt is trying to defend but Dellinger finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Wyatt tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wyatt has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Wyatt throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Dellinger tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Wyatt is in Dellinger's guard.

Wyatt postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Dellinger looks a forlorn figure.
Wyatt has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Wyatt swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Dellinger is now in Wyatt's guard. A big mistake from Wyatt there, giving up the dominant position!

Wyatt is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Dellinger defends well.

Wyatt isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Dellinger stacks Wyatt on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Dellinger!
