The judges for this bout are Dirk Anderson, Peter Branson and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cartman tries to clinch there but Hayze circles away.
Hayze dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Cartman shoots in and drives through. Hayze sprawls well.
Horrible takedown by Cartman or perhaps it was just good defense by Hayze which made him look bad.
Hayze displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Cartman pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hayze circles away from the clinch attempt.

Bill Hayze has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Cartman.
Cartman doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Hayze cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hayze ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Cartman goes for a double leg but Hayze avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hayze continues to drive forward.
Cartman looks winded!
Hayze tries to break free but Cartman pushes him back against the cage.
Hayze gets underhooks to prevent Cartman's takedown attempt.
Hayze throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
The referee is keeping an eye on Hayze - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Cartman tries to pull guard but Hayze holds him up against the cage and eventually Cartman drops back down to his feet.
Nice body punch from Hayze - that landed with a thud.
Hayze prevents the takedown attempt.
Hayze works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Hayze works on Cartman's body with a couple of short punches.

Hayze tries to break free but Cartman pushes him back against the cage.

Hayze digs a right hand into Cartman's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Cartman's gas tank.

Hayze throws a combination. Cartman tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Hayze scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Cartman doesn't seem bothered though.
Bill Hayze is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hayze stalks Cartman and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Cartman's face. Cartman staggers backwards, shaken.
Hayze throws a good cross that connects.
Cartman takes a shot right to the bread basket.

Hayze digs a good hook to Cartman's body.
Hayze lands with a good body shot.
Hayze takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Hayze lands with a hook. Cartman tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Good exchange - Hayze coming out on top.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Hayze swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cartman.
Cartman is trying desperately to land a takedown but Hayze is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Cartman.
Hayze drops Cartman with a naaaaasty hook - Cartman is in real trouble here! Hayze dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bill Hayze!
A very excited looking Bill Hayze rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
