Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kuiskaaja Rajala (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Micha Wolf (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wolf has chosen say as his entrance music. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wolf doesn't succeed with the takedown

and Rajala counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Rajala is fighting to break Wolf's control of his arms but Wolf is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.
Wolf wants to sweep here but Rajala controlling him for the moment.

Wolf has his foot on Rajala's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rajala works his way back into a safe position though.
Rajala wanted to stand there but Wolf had control of the position.
Wolf seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Wolf throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Rajala's waist but Rajala gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Wolf off to one side.

We've been hearing good reports from Rajala's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That was a close second round but I would say that Kuiskaaja Rajala will probably get the nod.

Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
