The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Riddick shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Tseng is trying to defend but Riddick finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Riddick working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Tseng cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Vaan Tseng.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tseng, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

A very excited looking Vaan Tseng made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
In defeat, Richard B Riddick stepped up to the mic, saying 'I´ll come back stronger you can bet on that'.
