Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Feilo Meloy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and J J Tucker (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Meloy comes to the cage accompanied by Hypocrisy - Apocalypse. Feilo Meloy has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tucker misses with an attempted mid kick.
Tucker is looking to chop away at Meloy's legs.
Tucker tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Tucker tries a head kick but it misses.
Tucker tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Meloy throws the left hand but Tucker avoids the punch easily.
Tucker throws a half hearted mid kick.
Tucker swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Tucker darts in trying to clinch
and Tucker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Meloy tries for a takedown but Tucker sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Tucker misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Meloy's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Tucker connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Meloy scrambles back to his feet.
Tucker walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Meloy checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Meloy checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Tucker finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

and Meloy counters with a nice body shot.
Meloy really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Tucker misses with a body shot.
J J Tucker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Meloy paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Meloy throws a body punch but Tucker moves out of range.
Tucker throws a leg kick that is checked
and Meloy counters with a leg kick.
Tucker pulls out of a head kick attempt.
A jab from Meloy finds it's way through Tucker's defenses.
Tucker does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Tucker lands with a nice body kick.
Tucker looks to land a body kick but Meloy moved away.
The fighters circle momentarily. Meloy darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Meloy definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Tucker throws a leg kick that is checked
and Meloy connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
A looping hook to the body misses from Tucker. Meloy does a little dance to reset his feet.
Tucker avoids the head kick by Meloy.
Tucker keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Tucker defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Meloy.
Meloy is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.

Meloy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A punch lands to the side of Meloy 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Tucker looks to clinch
enabling Meloy to counter with a crisp jab.
Meloy bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Tucker pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Meloy throws a hook but Tucker blocks it.
Tucker lands a nice leg kick that just misses Meloy's sensitive parts.
Meloy checks the leg kick.
Tucker tries to clinch up but Meloy circles away and keeps his distance.
Meloy is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Meloy getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Meloy fails in his attempt to clinch.
Tucker throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Tucker misses with a low kick.
Meloy on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Meloy connects with a leg kick. Tucker looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Tucker throws a lazy body kick
and Meloy counters with a lovely shot to the body.
A slapping body kick lands there for Tucker.
Meloy moves out of range as Tucker throws a body kick.
Tucker uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Meloy.
Tucker closes the distance but Meloy moves to the side
and Meloy makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Tucker throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Meloy on the side of the head.

Meloy is rocked!
Meloy takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Oh Meloy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Tucker fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Meloy, pushing him back against the cage.
Tucker working the clinch nicely. Meloy is working for position but Tucker cracks him with a big knee to the head! Meloy crumples up against the cage and Tucker lands two more shots before the ref can save Meloy! This one is all over!

After the fight, J J Tucker was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
