The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva scores with a crisp jab that stopped Deflatter in his tracks.
It looks like Jimmy Deflatter has been cut.
Deflatter throws a lazy uppercut
and Silva counters with a two punch combo.
Daniel Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Silva cracks Deflatter with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Silva has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Deflatter to stand back up!
Deflatter is rocked!

Deflatter glances at the clock... BAM! Silva nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Deflatter crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Deflatter is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
