The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Wiley fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Patrick, pushing him back against the cage.

Wiley jumps into guard, dragging Patrick to the mat.
Wiley looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Wiley pulls Patrick in close to prevent any damage.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Wiley escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Patrick gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Wiley looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Patrick has picked Wiley up and slammed him! Wiley can't keep hold of the triangle and Patrick manages to pass to side control!

Patrick thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Wiley is not content to let Patrick control the position.

Wiley tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Patrick is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Patrick wants to work for an arm triangle but Wiley is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Wiley shoots for a double leg takedown but Patrick sprawls well. He's pushed Wiley's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Patrick is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Wiley gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Wiley has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Patrick uses from the top position.
