The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Ben Watson and Hugh Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McCart closes the distance looking to clinch

and Dundee counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Dundee wants to lay and pray for a moment but McCart keeps working.
Dundee tries to pass to full mount but McCart defends it.

Dundee is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, McCart has managed to free his arm - good work.
McCart is refusing to be controlled, as Dundee sits in half guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Alligator Dundee just wasn't active enough.
McCart tries to clinch there but Dundee circles away.

Dundee tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but McCart swivels and escapes.
McCart tries to clinch but Dundee is having none of it.
McCart is looking to clinch but Dundee is avoiding it.
McCart blocks a head kick by Dundee.

and Dundee counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in McCart's guard now.
Dundee lands a couple of elbows.
Dundee keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of McCart's head.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Alligator Dundee dominated that round.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!


McCart ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Dundee moves away.
McCart throws a sloppy head kick and Dundee moves out of range easily.
McCart tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Dundee counters with a single leg into guard. McCart didn't expect that.
Dundee wants to control from the top but McCart keeps moving.

McCart avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Dundee.

McCart looks like he's trying to stand up.

Dundee is pressing down on McCart's thigh, looking to free his foot. McCart is holding on for now.
McCart scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Dundee manages to mount him!

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Dundee lands a big shot there that rocks McCart but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Dundee wants to finish this one by submission but McCart is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Dundee.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
McCart is in a horrible position here. Dundee smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.


McCart is rocked!
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Dundee! McCart is out cold! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Alligator Dundee!
An out of breath Alligator Dundee thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
