The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Kurtic closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Moreno to the mat! Moreno manages to get full guard.
Moreno will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Kurtic trying to control but Moreno is working from the bottom.
Moreno looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kurtic accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Moreno really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Kurtic tries to stand but Moreno is controlling from the bottom.
Moreno is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Kurtic is controlling him.

Kurtic works over Moreno with some ground and pound from guard.

Moreno is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kurtic controlling from the top position.
Kurtic looking to sit in guard and control but Moreno gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Moreno trying to control the position from guard on top but Kurtic is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Moreno is posturing up here but Kurtic has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Moreno tries to roll out but it's too tight and Moreno has to tap! Slick submission there by Kurtic!
