The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Masters tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kamida is defended easily by Masters.
Kamida looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ken Masters seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Kamida thows a body shot but no joy.
A chopping leg kick lands by Masters.
Masters keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Masters tries to sprawl but Kamida drives through with a takedown into half guard.

Kamida is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Masters sees it coming and defends easily.

Masters is looking to escape.
Kamida seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Masters is not content to let Kamida control the position.

Kamida seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kamida wants to lay and pray for a moment but Masters keeps working.
Masters is trying to stand up here but Kamida is controlling him well.

Kamida has isolated one of Masters's arms. Masters looking to fight him off but Kamida twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
