Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Francois Dubonet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walter White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 30 - 25 - 2, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Francois Dubonet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Walter White!
The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Mauricio Rocha and Emerson Jorge.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dubonet misses with a body kick.
White tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Nice uppercut there from Dubonet.
White stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Dubonet.
Dubonet misses with a low kick as White jumps back.
White shoots in but Dubonet avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Dubonet lands a lovely overhand right.
Francois Dubonet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Dubonet scores with a head kick. White tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.
Dubonet throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dubonet throws a right and a left that White avoids nicely.
White shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Dubonet as he jumps to the side.
White takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Dubonet thuds his shin into the meat of White's side.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Dubonet slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Dubonet misses with a low kick as White jumps back.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Dubonet, right into the meat.
Dubonet throws a head kick that misses.
Dubonet scores with a shot to the body.

White scores with a takedown into Dubonet's guard.
Dubonet really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
White content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
White scoring with some ground and pound.
Dubonet pulls White in close to prevent any damage.
White tries to free his leg and advance position but Dubonet is retaining full guard.

White wants to control from the top but Dubonet keeps moving.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

OK we're going to have a standup here. Walter White hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
White keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Dubonet tries to bum rush White with a series of wild strikes but White uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
White fails with a takedown attempt.
Francois Dubonet has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Walter White.
White misses with a takedown attempt - Dubonet sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Dubonet looks to score with a jab to the body but White is just out of range.
White closes the distance and clinches up with Dubonet, looking for a takedown. White pushes Dubonet against the cage but Dubonet circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
White takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
White is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Dubonet leaves White with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dubonet throws a head kick that half lands.
Crunch! Dubonet slams his shin into White's torso.
Dubonet displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from White.
Dubonet throws a poor cross that misses
and White makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Dubonet lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Dubonet.

Dubonet lands with a hook. White tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Dubonet slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.


White is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dubonet misses with a head kick.
Dubonet throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
White walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
White avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
A looping hook to the body misses from Dubonet. White does a little dance to reset his feet.
Dubonet stuffs the takedown attempt from White. White gets slowly back to his feet.
Dubonet lands with a shot to the body.
Dubonet goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
White takes one to the side of the head.
White looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dubonet is fending him off so far but White persists. Nope, Dubonet circles away and we're back to standing.
Dubonet misses with a straight left.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

White will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
White fails miserably with a takedown attempt.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Dubonet enables White to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Dubonet manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
White postures up and lands a big shot to Dubonet's brow.

White is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Dubonet is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Dubonet has escaped and now he's on top!

White can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Dubonet controls the pace.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Francois Dubonet has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
No luck for White with that takedown attempt.

White shoots in looking for a takedown but Dubonet manages to keep the fight standing, pushing White's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
White dives in for a single leg takedown but Dubonet sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Dubonet lands a left hand that snaps the head of White backwards.

White has clasped his hands together around Dubonet's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
What's Dubonet going to do here then? He's in a bit of a pickle.

White throwing strikes but Dubonet manages to buck up and roll into a nice reversal - now he's on top in side control!

Dubonet is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because White is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
White is not content to let Dubonet control the position.

Dubonet wants to lay and pray for a moment but White keeps working.
White stops Dubonet from passing to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
White is trying to work for a sweep but Dubonet has mounted him!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Dubonet looking to control but White is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Francois Dubonet dominated that second round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!


White shoots in for a takedown but Dubonet shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
White shoots in and drives through. Dubonet sprawls well.
Dubonet feints and then cracks White's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow White down.
Dubonet fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and White has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Dubonet throws a leg kick which misses White's front leg but catches the back leg as White tries to avoid it.
White shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dubonet but Dubonet pushes him off and we're back to square one.

and White counters with a nice double leg into side control. Dubonet won't be happy with that.
White takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

White tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no White has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

White with the ground and pound but Dubonet regains half guard under the barage of strikes.
White throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
White working over Dubonet with some ground and pound. Dubonet looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Dubonet is not content to let White control the position.
Dubonet makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Dubonet.
Dubonet utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Francois Dubonet is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Dubonet lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for White!
White is looking to improve his position but Dubonet isn't that keen on the idea.

White wants to hold on but Dubonet pushes him away.

Dubonet's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Francois Dubonet.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Dubonet, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
