Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jack Londo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jumeog Cheol (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Londo tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cheol defends well and Londo ends up having to push Cheol into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Cheol prevents a takedown attempt there.
Londo is trying to drag Cheol to the mat but Cheol just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Londo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cheol's corner. There ya go! There ya go!
Londo pulls Cheol in close to prevent any damage.

Cheol must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Londo is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Londo decides to stand and escape the position.

Jumeog Cheol seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Londo takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
Cheol tries to close the distance and clinch but Londo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Londo shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Cheol pinned against the cage. Cheol gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Cheol throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Cheol is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Londo doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

and Londo makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Cheol really felt that one!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The fight stays on the outside here - Cheol looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Cheol throws a body punch but Londo moves out of range.

Cheol is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Londo rather than just go for the knockout.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Londo could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Londo takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
