Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Michael MacRoberts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackie Soap (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacRoberts's entrance music is God Save the Queen by The Sex Pistols. A fine choice. Jackie Soap acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Soap throws a body punch but MacRoberts moves out of range.
Soap takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Soap takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.
MacRoberts looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Soap misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from MacRoberts.
Soap tried to score with a low kick but MacRoberts checks it.
MacRoberts dips to his left and cracks Soap with an uppercut!
MacRoberts is looking to clinch but Soap is avoiding it.
Soap fails to land the takedown.

MacRoberts tries to land a front kick but Soap steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
MacRoberts throws a right and a left that Soap avoids nicely.
Soap looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
MacRoberts fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
The fighters circle momentarily. MacRoberts darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Michael MacRoberts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MacRoberts fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Soap manages to avoid it.

MacRoberts does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Soap shoots in for a takedown but MacRoberts shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

MacRoberts goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Michael MacRoberts is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
MacRoberts changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Soap misses with a kick to the body.
Soap fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Soap takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
MacRoberts uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Soap has time to react.

MacRoberts lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

Soap is rocked!
Soap drops his hands momentarily. MacRoberts doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Soap staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Soap doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
