Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Kirk Boon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Buggy Clown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Boon might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Who are you? Come on, goodbye!. Buggy Clown told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kirk Boon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Buggy Clown!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boon shoots for a takedown but Clown saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Clown swings for the body but Boon moves out of range.
Boon looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Boon is defended easily by Clown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kirk Boon. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Boon tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Clown swivels and escapes.
Clown ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Boon moves away.
Clown punishes Boon's body with a nice straight punch.
Boon has his takedown stuffed
and Clown counters with a nice body shot.
Clown defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Boon.
Boon gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
enabling Clown to counter with a crisp jab.
Boon takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Boon is trying hard to land a takedown here. Clown sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Clown fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Boon doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Clown counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Clown buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Clown fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Boon looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A looping hook to the body misses from Clown. Boon does a little dance to reset his feet.
Clown is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Boon fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Clown throws a leg kick which misses Boon's front leg but catches the back leg as Boon tries to avoid it.
Boon shoots in looking for a takedown. Clown tries to sprawl out of it but Boon keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Clown manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Clown throws a low kick but Boon moves out of range easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Boon tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Clown defends well and Boon ends up having to push Clown into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Boon tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Clown's elbow.
Boon tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Clown just stands there and leans against the cage.
Clown works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Boon might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Boon looking for a guillotine here but Clown defends easily.
Clown working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Boon seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Boon keeping moving, preventing Clown from controlling successfully.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Boon has his foot on Clown's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Clown works his way back into a safe position though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Clown is sitting in close to Boon's body. Boon has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Clown is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Clown is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Boon.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Kirk Boon!
A relieved looking Kirk Boon thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
