PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Fei Yue (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aigars Senko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Senko has chosen will.i.am T.H.E. (The Hardest Ever) as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Senko goes for a high kick. It partially lands.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Senko tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Senko throws a front kick aimed at Yue's knee but Yue avoids it well.
Senko fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Yue on the side of the head.

The fighters circle momentarily. Senko darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Yue throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Senko stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Yue wants to take a breather but Senko manages to regain guard - a lesson learnt for Yue.

That was a close second round but I would say that Fei Yue will probably get the nod.
