Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tito Desperado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zelios Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Tito Desperado has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Desperado is looking to chop away at Gracie's legs.

Desperado gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Gracie might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Desperado haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Gracie stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Desperado swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Gracie drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Gracie jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Gracie postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Desperado is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Gracie, into his guard.
Desperado has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Gracie is proving hard to escape from.

Gracie has his foot on Desperado's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Desperado works his way back into a safe position though.

Gracie escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Desperado gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Gracie quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Desperado has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gracie celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
