Velez walks into a left hand.

It looks like Herman Velez has been cut.
Nice uppercut there from Haggard.
Haggard lands with an uppercut that bounces Velez off the cage and back into range.
Velez could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Velez wants to clinch

and Haggard counters with a crisp right hand that drops Velez! Haggard lets Velez back up to his feet, looking for a finish!
