Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Sosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steveo Perkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steveo Perkins is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sosa takes one on the button.
Perkins doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Perkins has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Sosa is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Sosa tries to keep at a distance but Perkins has taken the fight into the clinch.
Perkins makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Sosa really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Sosa is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Perkins moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Steveo Perkins!
A relieved looking Steveo Perkins thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
