Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Anderson Da Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sean Price!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Richard Clark and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price stuns Da Silva with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
We've been informed that Price has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Price clobbers Da Silva with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Da Silva defending well as Price loads up on a big left hand.
Sean Price seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Da Silva walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Price connects with a nice looking jab.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Price, as that shot connected.

Da Silva postures up in Price's guard and throws a big left but Price blocks it.

Price is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Price looking for a guillotine here but Da Silva defends easily.

Da Silva is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Price is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Price has escaped and now he's on top!

Da Silva has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Price has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

Price breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Da Silva is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Price lands a jab to the nose.
Price throws a hook to the side of Da Silva's head but Da Silva sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Sean Price is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Da Silva shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Price but Price pushes him off and we're back to square one.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Da Silva feints and as Price raises his hands in defense, Da Silva changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Sean Price showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Price scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Da Silva doesn't seem bothered though.

Price lands with a hook. Da Silva tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Sean Price is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Price leaves Da Silva with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Da Silva tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Price defends well and Da Silva ends up having to push Price into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Da Silva got a little sloppy there for a moment and Price has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Da Silva has managed to get both his arms back between Price's legs - danger averted.

I would just about give that final round to Sean Price.
