Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Boris JorJovsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Mvungi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mvungi is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Professor Jay ft. Ferooz - Nikusaidiaje?. Jonathan Mvungi told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

With a record of 9 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jonathan Mvungi!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Frank Dennis and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
JorJovsky misses with a right hand
and Mvungi counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
JorJovsky bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mvungi. JorJovsky does a little dance to reset his feet.
JorJovsky misses with a double jab.
Mvungi misses with the combination.
Nice straight punches there by JorJovsky. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of JorJovsky.
Mvungi has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
JorJovsky wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Mvungi walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
JorJovsky shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Mvungi pinned against the cage. Mvungi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
JorJovsky tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Mvungi defends well and JorJovsky ends up having to push Mvungi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Mvungi blocks a punch to the side of the head.
JorJovsky lands a body shot in the clinch.
JorJovsky is trying to maintain a safe position but Mvungi gets an underhook and turns JorJovsky into the cage.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Mvungi has had enough of the clinch but JorJovsky keeps him there for the moment.

JorJovsky tries to throw a body punch but Mvungi avoids it by throwing JorJovsky back against the cage.

JorJovsky displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Mvungi throws out the jab.

Mvungi looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mvungi lands a nice shot that snaps JorJovsky's head back.
JorJovsky throws an off balance right hand
and Mvungi counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
JorJovsky shoots in looking for a takedown. Mvungi tries to sprawl out of it but JorJovsky keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mvungi manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Boris JorJovsky. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Mvungi feints a jab promting JorJovsky to slip. Mvungi then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. JorJovsky slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

It looks like Boris JorJovsky has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Mvungi counters with a left right combination that sends JorJovsky crashing to the mat - Mvungi wastes no time in diving on top of him and pounding JorJovsky out for a TKO! Devastating finish!
