Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Siouxsie Banshees (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hjalmar Soderberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Banshees comes to the cage accompanied by Cities in Dust. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Banshees throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Soderberg.
We've been informed that Soderberg has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Soderberg has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Banshees.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Soderberg connects with a nice short shot to Banshees's temple.

Hjalmar Soderberg was interviewed post fight and said 'Listen...need to start thinking about my future. Can't keep taking punishment at this rate.'.
