Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Bryan Lester (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Stoneman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Stoneman comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Rich Homie Quan - Type of Way kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, John Stoneman!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Winston Howard and Damien Edna.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lester tries for a takedown but Stoneman sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Lester misses the body punch
and Stoneman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Stoneman tries to close the distance and clinch but Lester swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Lester throws a head kick that misses.
Lester looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Nice cross by Stoneman.

It looks like Bryan Lester has been cut.
Stoneman scores with a jab to the head.
Lester shoots in but Stoneman avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Stoneman misses the shot to the body.
No luck for Lester with that takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bryan Lester. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Lester tries to clinch but Stoneman moves out of range.

Stoneman closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Lester escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Lester gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Stoneman gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Lester is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
