The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, David Schapiro and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maxiq bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Man's head.
It looks like Fu Man has been cut.
A punch lands to the side of Man 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Man should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
A swing and a miss from Maxiq.
Man slips a straight right by Maxiq.
Man moves in looking to clinch but Maxiq pushes him off.
Maxiq keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Maxiq flashes Man a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Man's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Man crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Maxiq punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Eddard Maxiq!
Eddard Maxiq decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
