Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Efren Berry!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Damien Escande!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Escande takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Escande gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Berry has Escande pressed against the cage, preventing Escande from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.
Escande has Berry pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Escande pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Berry tumbling to the mat - Escande dives into Berry's guard.
Escande wants to stand but Berry has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Escande throws a big right hand that misses.
Escande working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Escande wants to control from the top but Berry keeps moving.
Escande postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Berry wants to sweep but no luck.
Berry throwing some rather feeble looking strikes off his back.
Berry is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Escande defends well.
Escande won't allow Berry to sweep him here.
Escande avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Berry is trying to keep Escande in close.
Berry wants to stand but Escande is controlling the position.
Escande throws a big elbow that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Berry has momentary wrist control but Escande slips an elbow through the middle.
Escande trying to control the position from guard on top but Berry is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Escande connects with a couple of short punches.
Escande is in close to Berry's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Escande working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Berry has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Escande can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Berry will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Escande cracks Berry with a solid left hand.
Escande has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Escande advances to half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Escande connects with a nice short shot to Berry's temple.
Berry is breathing heavily.
Escande is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Berry is rocked!

Oh Berry is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Escande lands a massive shot from half guard that has rocked Berry! More strikes land and this one is all over! Escande jumps to his feet and is applauded loudly by the crowd!
