The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Jackson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Stevens closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Stevens throws out a loose jab but Jackson uses good head movement to avoid it.
Jackson slips a jab from Stevens.
Stevens fakes the leg kick and cracks Jackson in the body.

Jackson gets caught flat footed, as Stevens shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Stevens throws a big right hand that misses.
Stevens won't allow Jackson to sweep him here.

Jackson throws a hook to the side of Stevens's head but Stevens sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Stevens lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stevens.

Stevens uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Jackson has time to react.
Stevens throws a right and a left that Jackson avoids nicely.

Stevens fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Oh Jackson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Stevens misses with a head kick.
Stevens weaves into range and cracks Jackson right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Jackson goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Stevens is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
