Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Emil Stavariez!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Jeff Smith.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mckinney closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Stavariez did well to prevent Mckinney getting side control.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Stavariez wants to sweep but Mckinney has passed to side control!

Mckinney is trying to get an arm triangle but Stavariez is defending well.

Mckinney could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Emil Stavariez showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!


Stavariez tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mckinney swats him away and circles back towards the center.

It looks like Bryce Mckinney has been cut.
Stavariez motions for Mckinney to come forward. Stavariez throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Emil Stavariez comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Stavariez has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
